We use your information to generate personalized fitness and nutrition plans, communicate with you about your account, process subscriptions, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in our cloud database. Fitness and nutrition data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
We use signed cookies for session management. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used on Forge Fitness.
